This analysis is just $99 when you subscribe to any monthly run coaching package or included with any weight loss coaching package, so by starting immediately, you can save from the regular price ($139). 

You’ll automatically receive instructions and your discounted $99 Running Analysis invoice when you subscribe to any coaching package above.

After you have completed your Questionnaire and Run Testing, you’ll get a personalized, detailed PDF Report and Guide of your findings so you can see exactly what’s going on and move forward on the right foot.

We’ll discuss your results, and with a coaching subscription, you’ll get the first month of your personalized Holistic Training Plan with all your strategies and workouts at the right intensities and mileage to fully reach your goals.

Holistic Performance Coaching FAQ

We work with any level of runner who has a marathon or ultrarunning goal, but especially those wanting to improve their performance. If you want to improve, prevent injury, and finish strong, you’ve found the right place to help!

Your training and strategies are customized to you! We will work with your time to get the best result that also works with your life. 

All plans begin with a one-time Holistic Run Testing, Analysis, and Start-up package, in which you get your initial Holistic Distance Running questionnaire and analysis, account set-up with unlimited assistance, and analytical run testing workout plan. 

You’ll jumpstart your performance with a complete multi-page Customized Holistic Running Improvement Guide PDF containing your results and suggestions so you can understand how to improve.

This package is just $99 when combined with a monthly coaching subscription or can be purchased standalone for $139 to jumpstart your running performance.

A 12-month term is an agreement for 12 months of coaching that is still paid monthly at a discounted price.

If you are dissatisfied with your coaching services, just email admin@runningwithlife.com within 30-days of your start date – and you will get a full refund of your coaching fees, and will no longer be obligated to the remainder of your agreement.

Plus, you may also opt-out within the first 90-days without further obligation, however, there are no refunds, as the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applies to only the first 30-days. 

After 90-days, the cancellation fee is just one month’s coaching payment.

Month-to-Month agreements can be cancelled before the next monthly bill date with no fees, and you can start or stop this at different times of the year as you may need. 

You will still get the remainder of your month of services, no matter when you stop service. Just email a request at least 7-days before your monthly billing date.

You can also change your package to a higher or lower level coaching package at any time during your agreement; email a request at least 7 days before your monthly billing date.

Unlimited communication with your coach!

If you want more feedback, workout reviews, accountability, or your goal is very specific or difficult, this top-of-the-line coaching package is for you.

You’ll also get a monthly personalized strategy and goal-setting session so that you can stay on top of your running and lifestyle targets. 

Like following a GPS, the more frequently you check your progress, the more you can fine-tune your progress so that you can stay precisely on track to reaching your goals.

All your questions will be answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends or holidays.  

After you notify us, you can get up to (3) months of a Medical Hold. During this time, you will not receive coaching and you will not be billed until your return. 

If it’s longer than (3) months, we will work to come up with an agreeable solution. This is for medical reasons only. 

*Month-to-month coaching packages are not eligible for holds.

With notification, you can get a reduced rate that can keep you in communication with your coach and/or provides you with workouts to maintain your fitness in the time off.

Structured Workouts download to your Garmin or similar GPS watch, so you can get instructed through your workouts step-by-step; it’s like having a coach on your wrist!
