I’m Amie Dworecki, a certified coach, runner, entrepreneur, and caregiver.

Running has always been my passion, but despite training hard, my marathon time wasn’t where I wanted it to be, and injuries kept me back.

Determined to overcome these setbacks, I ignored society telling me, “You’re too old,” and developed a holistic approach that helped me return to running and transform my training (and myself!).

I went from a 4:45 marathon to a multiple-time qualifier for the Boston Marathon and trained for a sub-3-hour marathon in my 40s—all injury-free.

I combined my 30+ years of expertise in coaching, fitness, and health with a focus on your training, fueling, recovery, mindset, health, and a high-performance lifestyle to create a method that helps you get results.

I went from having so many injuries that my doctor told me that maybe I wasn't meant to be a runner. Now, I'm running Boston Qualifying times.
